Shipping cost for Europe (EU) is 170 sek (17 Euro)

Ouside Europe is 270 sek (40$)

 

You can either place your order at the webshop and pay by credit card, or you can place the order by e-mail and pay by bank transfer or Paypal.

 

Order by e-mail,

Send an e-mail telling us which products you want:
- Name, address, postal code, country and Tel. 
- size,
- colour.

We will then confirm that your products are in stock, and send you all the information that you need to make the payment.

Payments :

1. Credit Card
Choose this method if you want to make your purchase using safe credit card payment (VISA, MASTERCARD) via DIBS.

2. Payment to bank account or Paypal (For order by e-mail)

Paypal : Even though you are not a member of paypal, you can still just use your credit card to pay! - Additional 2.7% charged by Paypal. For more info, please click here

Banktransfer : This takes a bit longer but is almost as simple as to pay using your card. Choose "Banktransfer" and confirm your order. You will then get an e-mail with a confirmation and information on how to complete the transfer.

Once you place an order, we will  send you the invoice with payment information for your order thru email. If you don't get a confirmation please contact us at info@chicy.se If payment is not made within 3 business days the order will be canceled.  

Delivery Time :

Normal 7-10 working days.

Preorder about 3-4 weeks.

 

International Returns:

We guarantee to refund any item purchased on CHICY.SE that you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. 

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery, or socks, or underwear or swimwear. Please also note that items must be returned with all tags intact. 

 

Unclaimed Package or Unknown address:

The returned shipping cost will be credited 290 sek.
